MONTHLY MAIL CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
Snail mail for your main character healing era.
Each month you’ll get a little package of joy delivered straight to your mailbox (yes physical one and not online one). It’ll be thoughtfully curated around a theme designed to make personal growth feel doable, fun, and a little less lonely.
Inside each month’s mail: MONTHLY MAIL CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
A handwritten-style letter from me
A guided activity to spark reflection or creativity
An affirmation card to help you rewire your brain
A sticker to stick anywhere that needs a little personality
Specifics for June’s Mail:
Theme: Embrace the Ebb, Activate the Flow
I created this month’s theme to help you shift out of that “everything is ruined, I might as well quit” mindset. Because let’s be real—when plans fall apart and life starts life-ing, it can feel heavy. Like all your progress just got thrown in the trash.
But a setback isn’t the end of your story. It’s a pause, not a full stop.
You are still capable. You are still moving forward. And you can keep going—even in the middle of the mess. You can move through the chaos… if you choose to. And this month, I want you to choose to.
Activity: Embrace the Ebb, Activate the Flow Tic-Tac-Toe
This is your chance to intentionally choose 9 small actions that help you get back into your flow state.
The goal? Get 3 in a row.
That’s it. No pressure, no perfection.(But if you want to do all 9 because you’re an overachiever… I support that energy.)
This activity is here to gently pull your focus away from the setback and back toward movement, momentum, and feeling like you again.
Affirmation Card: I love love looooove affirmations.
They’ve always been my anchor when I start spiraling. Having a phrase that actually feels good can pull you back, ground you, and redirect your thoughts in real time.
This month’s affirmations are here for those moments when you feel rushed, stressed, or on the verge of spiraling—little reminders to bring you back to yourself.
Stickers: I went with a cute lil ebb and flow fishyyyyysssss. It’s to represent that life will always have both: the ebb & the flow.
Letter: A fun little blend of storytelling, a slightly unhinged pep talk, and maybe a sprinkle of science (because we love a little logic with our emotions).
Think: big sister advice meets “I’ve been through it too” energy.
How it works:
It’s a monthly subscription that will be sent to your mailbox once a month! You can cancel anytime, no pressure, no stress. Although I would prefer you stay *insert puppy eyes *
Why join?:
Why not? You know you need to change so why not make it a little easier (and way more fun)? Instead of white-knuckling your way through it alone, you get structure, intention, and a lil pen pal in your corner hyping you up every step of the way. * go bestiieeee *
Think of it as your monthly reminder that you can show up for yourself… even on the days you’d rather rot in bed and spiral. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to try. And I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, calling you out (lovingly), and reminding you who the hell you are when you forget.
We’re not doing perfect here. We’re doing real, messy, “cry a little then get back up” growth. And honestly? It hits way better when you’re not doing it alone.
