Specifics for July’s Mail:

  • Theme: Stop Abandoning Yourself

I created this month's theme because so many of us are walking around wondering why we're exhausted, disconnected, resentful, anxious, or stuck... without realizing we've slowly been abandoning ourselves along the way.

Maybe you've been saying yes when you want to say no.

Maybe you've been putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own.

Maybe you've been ignoring your feelings, silencing your intuition, shrinking yourself, or convincing yourself that what you need can wait until later.

And maybe "later" never comes.

The truth is, self-abandonment usually doesn't happen all at once. It's a hundred tiny moments where we choose everyone and everything else before we choose ourselves.

This month isn't about judging yourself for that. It's about noticing it.

Because awareness is where change begins.

The more you recognize the ways you're abandoning yourself, the easier it becomes to start coming home to yourself instead.

  • Activity: Stop Abandoning Yourself Bingo

This month's bingo card is designed to help you spot the moments where you leave yourself behind.

Each square represents a common way we abandon ourselves—whether that's people-pleasing, ignoring our needs, doubting ourselves, avoiding hard conversations, or putting our worth in someone else's hands.

Your goal?

Simply cross off the squares that resonate with you.

That's it.

No fixing.
No perfection.
No pressure.

Just awareness.

Because once you can see the pattern, you can start changing the pattern.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn't changing your life overnight—it's finally being honest with yourself about what's been happening all along.

  • Affirmation Card: I love love looooove affirmations.

They're one of my favorite ways to interrupt the mental spiral and reconnect with myself when I've wandered too far away.

This month's affirmations are all about self-trust, self-worth, and choosing yourself.

Think of them as little reminders that your needs matter, your feelings matter, your voice matters... and you matter.

Stick them somewhere you'll see them often and let them help guide you back to yourself when you need it most.

  • Stickers: They’re always designed and created by me. I never know what I am going create but they always end up being cool.

  • Letter: A fun little blend of storytelling, gentle call-outs, relatable life lessons, and the kind of big sister advice that feels like a warm hug and a reality check at the same time.

Think: "bestie, I say this with love..." energy.

How it works:

It’s a monthly subscription that will be sent to your mailbox once a month! You can cancel anytime, no pressure, no stress. Although I would prefer you stay *insert puppy eyes *

Why join?:

Why not? You know you need to change so why not make it a little easier (and way more fun)? Instead of white-knuckling your way through it alone, you get structure, intention, and a lil pen pal in your corner hyping you up every step of the way. * go bestiieeee *

Think of it as your monthly reminder that you can show up for yourself… even on the days you’d rather rot in bed and spiral. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to try. And I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, calling you out (lovingly), and reminding you who the hell you are when you forget.

We’re not doing perfect here. We’re doing real, messy, “cry a little then get back up” growth. And honestly? It hits way better when you’re not doing it alone.
